- ½ lb. butter or margarine
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. Olde Florida Hot Sauce
- 1 oz. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp
- ½ cup beer
Step OneMelt butter in 4 quart pan over medium heat.
Step TwoSaute celery, onions and garlic until soft. Stir in other ingredients.
Step ThreeCover and cook for five minutes on lower heat.
Step FourServe with French bread for dipping!
