Ingredients
- ½ lb. butter or margarine
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 3 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. Olde Florida Hot Sauce
- 1 oz. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
- 2 lbs. raw shrimp
- ½ cup beer

Step One
Melt butter in 4 quart pan over medium heat. -
Step Two
Saute celery, onions and garlic until soft. Stir in other ingredients. -
Step Three
Cover and cook for five minutes on lower heat. -
Step Four
Serve with French bread for dipping!
