Deep Fried Pickles


  • 1 1/2 cups House-Autry Veggie Fry 
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 32-ounce jar whole dill pickles, drained
  • Oil for frying


    • Step One

      Preheat oil to 350 degrees F.
    • Step Two

      Moisten vegetables with water, milk or buttermilk. Shake off excess moisture.
    • Step Three

      Coat vegetables with breading mix by shaking together in a plastic bag or rolling in breading mix.
    • Step Four

      Deep fry 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
