  • 8 ounce package House-Autry Chicken Seasoned Breading Mix
  • 20 pieces chicken (varies with cut)
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Step One

    Preheat oil in deep fryer to 360°F in deep fryer or 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium high.

  • Step Two

    Moisten chicken with water and shake off excess.

  • Step Three

    Coat with breading mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breading mix on plate.

  • Step Four

    Deep fry 15-20 minutes; pan fry 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
