Make this classic holiday party finger food with House-Autry Buttermilk Biscuit Mix, cheddar cheese, and hot or mild sausage.
- 3 cups House-Autry Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
- 1 pound hot or mild bulk sausage
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese - grated
Mix all ingredients until well blended. If mixture seems dry, add approximately 1/4 cup of water (or enough to make mixture pliable). Roll into 1-inch balls. Place in large shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 6 1/2 dozen.
