Herb Coated Flounder
Use any variety of herbs plus our oven-baked chicken seasoned coating mix to give flounder an amazing coating.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Finely grate the zest from the lemon, then cut the lemon in quarters and set aside. In a resealable bag, mix the herbs and lemon zest with House-Autry Oven-Baked Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix. Squeeze one quarter of lemon juice on each flounder fillet. Add fillets one at a time into baggie and toss to coat. Repeat until all fillets are coated. Place on a nonstick foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until flounder is cooked through. Serve immediately.
