House-Autry Tartar Sauce is great with more than just seafood—it also makes for a creamy, delicious chicken salad.
- 1/3 cup House-Autry Tartar Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion, chopped
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients. Serve on bed of lettuce or make a sandwich.
