Directions:
Combine ingredients; mix well and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Roll heaping tablespoons of batter into balls and drop into a deep fryer preheated to 365°F or 1/4-inch oil in skillet set to medium high. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until fritters turn golden brown, turning halfway through cooking. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately. Makes approximately 20 fritters.
