Teriyaki Pork Chops

Teriyaki gives these pork chops an Asian flair, while our oven-baked pork seasoned coating mix gives them the perfect texture.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Marinate pork chops in teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes. Pour House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix into a resealable plastic bag. Shake prepared pork chops, 1-2 pieces at a time, in bag to coat. Discard remaining mix. Place coated pork chops on a lightly greased or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
