Sweet Potato Fries

Excessive greasiness in fried foods is usually caused by frying at too low a temperature. Don't overload your frying pan. Doing so greatly lowers the oil temperature.

For a richer tasting fry, add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the House-Autry Pork Breader.
