Southern Corn Fritters

These decadent corn nuggets are made with our buttermilk biscuit mix and corn meal for the perfect texture when fried.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups House-Autry Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 1 tbsp Fine White (Plain) Corn Meal
  • 1/2 can cream-style corn (14.75oz)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter
  • oil for frying

Directions

Preheat oil to 375°F. Mix dry ingredients and add to melted butter and corn. Beat well and drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. When brown, serve with pancake syrup and butter.
