Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop into small pieces. Combine mushroom stems, sausage, onion, celery and carrot; brown in a skillet. Remove from heat and add sage and pork breader; mix well. Stuff mushroom caps with sausage mixture. Place on a sheet pan that has been sprayed with nonstick pan spray. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve immediately.
