Directions:
Spray pork and vegetables with nonstick cooking spray; separate and set aside. Pour Southern Baked for Pork into a medium bowl. Working in batches, dredge pork, potatoes, and onion wedges until well coated. Divide evenly among 10 skewers, alternating the pork, potato, onion and tomato. Place skewers onto a foil-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
