Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and white membrane (that's where most of the heat is). In a medium bowl, combine the cheeses, cumin, green onion and half of the House-Autry Southern Baked Pork Coating Mix; mix well. Stuff pepper halves with jalapeno mixture. Pour remaining House-Autry Southern Baked Pork Coating Mix on a plate; roll peppers through mixture, coating cheese stuffing completely. Place on a foil-lined or lightly greased baking sheet; spray peppers with nonstick cooking spray and roast for 15-20 minutes.
