Pecan Crusted Pork Chops

Chopped pecans give a unique flavor to plain pork chops, and our oven-baked pork seasoned coating mix makes them even better.

Ingredients

  • 1 package House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix chopped pecans with one packet of House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix. Pour mix into a resealable bag. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake moistened chops, 1 to 2 pieces at a time, in bag to coat. Discard remaining mix. Place coated chops on lightly greased or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake boneless and bone-in pork chops for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cooked through.

Chef Tip:

Serve this at your next dinner party. Instead of using boneless pork chops, try a pork tenderloin.
