Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix chopped pecans with one packet of House-Autry Southern Baked Pork Coating Mix. Pour mix into a resealable bag. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake moistened chops, 1 to 2 pieces at a time, in bag to coat. Discard remaining mix. Place coated chops on lightly greased or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake boneless and bone-in pork chops for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cooked through.

Meal Suggestions:
Serve this at your next dinner party. Instead of using boneless pork chops, try a pork tenderloin. Slice the loin and fan it out on your serving plate like the one pictured above. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your loin. Purchase an instant-read thermometer and cook the pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
