Directions:
Moisten fish fillets with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. Coat fish fillets, by shaking fish fillets in plastic bag, or roll fish fillets on plate with House-Autry Seafood Breader. Pan-fry in 1/8-inch hot oil for 3-6 minutes per side or until golden brown and fish flakes easily. The thickness of the fillet will determine the cooking time.
