Pan-Fried Cod

When cooking fish, a good rule of thumb is to cook it for 4 to 6 minutes for every 1/2-inch of thickness.

Ingredients
1 pound cod filets, cut into 4-ounce portions
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions: 

Moisten cod fillets with water; shake off excess and dredge in House-Autry Seafood Breader. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook fillets for 6-7 minutes or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Turn halfway through cooking. Serve immediately.
