Directions:
Moisten wings with water. Shake off excess moisture. Coat drumettes with House-Autry Spicy & Hot Breader. Deep-fry at 375° for 6-8 minutes or until done. Set aside. In a small sauce pan, mix the soy sauce and orange marmalade together with the juice from the orange; warm over medium heat. Toss wings in sauce and garnish with orange zest.
