Plain Hushpuppy Mix
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Plain Hushpuppy Mix
3/4 cup water
oil for frying
Directions: 

Combine House-Autry Plain Hushpuppy Mix and water in bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Drop batter by rounded tablespoonful into 375°F oil and fry 3 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 30 hushpuppies.

Serve with pulled pork or ribs, coleslaw, potato salad and baked beans at your next family get-together.
