Honey Mustard Oven Fried Potato Wedges

Double the amount of mayonnaise, seasoned salt, honey mustard and black pepper and use it as a delicious dipping sauce.

Ingredients
3 ounces (1/2 package) Southern Baked for Pork
4 large baking potatoes (pre-baked)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
4 tbsp honey mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut each potato into six wedges. Mix mayonnaise, seasoned salt, honey mustard and pepper together. Coat the potato wedges with mixture. Roll wedges in Southern Baked Pork Seasoning. Place on greased cookie sheet; bake 15 minutes. Makes 24 potato wedges.
