Honey Mustard Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken breasts filled with deli ham, honey mustard and cheese make for a great dinner, especially when served with fresh, steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 (6-ounce) package House-Autry Oven-Baked Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 4 slices Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Flatten chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread 1/2 tablespoon honey mustard on each chicken breast. Then top with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Fold in half and secure with toothpick or thin metal skewer. Brush chicken with remaining honey mustard. Roll in House-Autry Oven-Baked Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
