Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Finely grate the zest from the lemon, then cut the lemon in quarters and set aside. In a resealable bag, mix the herbs and lemon zest with House-Autry Southern Baked for Chicken. Squeeze one quarter of lemon juice on each flounder fillet. Add fillets one at a time into baggie and toss to coat. Repeat until all fillets are coated. Place on a nonstick foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until flounder is cooked through. Serve immediately.
