Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and toss with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. In a large mixing bowl beat together milk, chicken broth, eggs, sour cream, remaining salt, mustard and pepper. Stir in House-Autry Hushpuppy Mix with Onions and 2 cups cheese; mix well. Fold in macaroni. Pour into a 10-inch cast iron skillet or a casserole dish that has been greased with the remaining oil. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until casserole is set and top begins to brown. Allow casserole to set for 5 minutes before serving.

Sharp cheddar is the classic cheese to use in this dish, but you may vary the type of cheese for different flavors. For example, use a combination of Colby and pepper jack for just a hint of spiciness; mozzarella and parmesan for an Italian blend, or Swiss all by itself.
