Fish Sliders (COJ Video)

Seafood Breader
Ingredients
8 ounces Seafood Breader
12 (3-inch pieces) fish fillets
12 mini hamburger buns
12 small lettuce leaves
12 small tomato slices
pickle slices
cocktail sauce
Directions: 

Preheat fryer to 375°F. Dredge fillets in House-Autry Seafood Breader. Shake off excess. Drop breaded fillets into hot oil. Cook until golden brown, 3-5 minutes. Repeat until all fillets are cooked. Drain until ready to build sliders.

To Assemble: Top each bun with fillet of fish, lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, 2-3 pickle slices and a tsp of cocktail sauce. Enjoy!!  Great as an appetizer or serves 2-3 as an entrée.
