Fish Camp Muffins

Hushpuppy Mix with Onion
Ingredients
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 whole egg - slightly beaten
2 tbsp oil
1 cup milk
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray muffin pan with oil. Combine House-Autry Hushpuppy Mix with Onions, sugar and salt in a bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, oil, and milk and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pans filling two-thirds full. Bake 10-12 minutes or until done. Serve immediately. Makes 10 muffins.
