Easy Herb Biscuits

I use a 1/4-cup scoop or measuring cup to divide the biscuit dough. Spray it with nonstick cooking spray before portioning—your dough won’t stick, and all of your biscuits will be uniform in size.

Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
Ingredients
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp pesto sauce
1/2 cup cheddar or parmesan cheese
Nonstick cooking spray
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine milk and pesto; stir until well combined. Combine biscuit mix, cheese, and milk mixture in bowl, mixing just until combined. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared pan. Bake 9-12 minutes, or until nicely browned on top.
