Directions:
Whisk together the House-Autry Chicken Breader and half the parmesan cheese. Moisten chicken breast cutlets with water and dredge in breader/cheese mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken in the hot oil on both sides until crispy and golden, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Pour off any remaining oil. Reduce heat to low and add the spaghetti sauce. Top chicken with cheese. Cover and simmer until sauce is heated and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese before serving.
