Duck Schnitzel

Duck breasts coated with House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix make for a great German-inspired dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz (1/2 pkg) House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 1 1/2 pounds duck breasts, thinly pounded
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard

Directions

Whisk together the yogurt and mustard in a small bowl until smooth; set aside. Place House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix on waxed paper sheet. Dredge duck breasts in coating mix until thoroughly coated. Discard remaining coating mix. Shake off excess and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes or until duck breast is cooked throughout. Serve with yogurt/mustard sauce.
