Dijon Pork Chops

Dijon mustard and House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix are all you need for these scrumptious and filling pork chops.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 2 pounds boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush chops with Dijon mustard before coating. Pour one packet of House-Autry Oven-Baked Pork Seasoned Coating Mix into a resealable plastic bag. Moisten 8 - 10 (1/2-inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops with water. Shake moistened chops, 1 to 2 pieces at a time, in bag to coat. Discard remaining mix. Place coated chops on lightly greased or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake boneless and bone-in pork chops for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cooked through.
