Directions:
Preheat oil to 375°F. Cut vegetables into ¼-inch slices. Make batter by mixing 5 Tbsp. of House-Autry Seasoned Chicken Fry and ½ cup water. Dip vegetables in batter. Coat vegetables by shaking in a plastic bag, or rolling on a plate in remaining dry House-Autry Seasoned Chicken Fry. Deep-fry onion rings, okra, squash or zucchini 1-2 minutes. Deep-fry eggplant, potatoes and mushrooms 5-6 minutes.
