Deep Fried Flounder (how-to video)

Ingredients
2 pounds Seafood Breader
20 pounds fish fillets or
10 pounds shrimp
4 cups water or milk
Oil for frying
Directions: 

Preheat oil to 375°F. Moisten seafood with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. Coat seafood, by shaking seafood in plastic bag, or roll seafood on plate with House-Autry Seafood Breader. Deep fry fish fillets 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Deep fry shrimp 1 minute or until golden brown.

Meal Suggestions: 

Try these Southern Classics: Shrimp Burgers, Oyster Burgers, Clam Burgers, or Scallop Burgers: Fry seafood according to directions. Put 4 ounces of your chosen seafood a soft hamburger bun with slaw, a tbsp of tartar sauce on one bun and a tbsp of ketchup on the other. Tastes like a day at the beach!
