Pork Breader
Ingredients
1/3 cup Pork Breader
1 loaf French bread
2 ounces yellow mustard
8 ounces deli ham
4 -5 pork cutlets (about a pound) - cut in half or pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
8 thin dill pickle slices
8 ounces Swiss cheese - thinly sliced
Butter flavored nonstick cooking spray
Directions:

Moisten pork with water. Shake off excess and coat with House-Autry Pork Breader by shaking together in a plastic bag or rolling in breader on a plate. Heat butter and olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté pork quickly, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan and assemble sandwiches.

To assemble: Slice the bread in half horizontally. Spread a thin layer of mustard on top and bottom halves. Arrange ham, pickle slices, pork cutlets and Swiss cheese evenly over the bottom half. Cover the sandwich with the top half of the bread. Spray bread on both sides with butter flavored nonstick cooking spray. Cut into 8 sandwiches. Place sandwiches on a hot griddle. Position a cast iron skillet or bacon press on top to flatten. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cheese melts.
