Crunchy Dijon Flounder

Just three ingredients, including a coating mix from House-Autry, make this flounder phenomenal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (1 package) House-Autry Oven-Baked Chicken Seasoned Coating Mix
  • 6 (4-ounce) flounder fillets
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix mustards together in a small bowl. Place coating mix on waxed paper sheet. Spread mustards on flounder fillets. Dredge fillets in coating mix, coating thoroughly on both sides. Shake off excess. Discard remaining coating mix. Place flounder on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until flounder is fully cooked. Serve with steamed green vegetables.
