Directions:
Combine House-Autry Yellow Plain Corn Meal, salt and cayenne pepper; place in a resealable plastic bag. Dredge okra in buttermilk; drain and place in bag. Seal and shake until thoroughly coated. Remove from bag and fry in a deep fryer that has been preheated to 365°F or 1/4-inch oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Lightly dust with additional salt if needed.
