Cranberry Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package Plain Hushpuppy Mix
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp ornage extract
Directions: 

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a 12-count muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine ingredients, stirring until well blended. Fill muffin pan two-thirds full. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
