Great for any party or get-together, these crabcake sliders are made with our flavorful seafood seasoned breading mix.
- 1/2 cup House-Autry Seafood Seasoned Breading Mix
- 1 pound crabmeat, drained and picked clean of shell
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp scallions, minced
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp celery, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 10 small dinner rolls, split in half
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds
Combine House-Autry Seafood Seasoned Breading Mix, crab, egg, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, parsley and celery until thoroughly blended. Shape into approximately 10 small cakes, then coat with additional House-Autry Seafood Seasoned Breading Mix. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat in 1/8-inch hot oil for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Drain and place on a bun with lettuce and a slice of tomato.
