Crabcake Sliders

These tiny treats are great alone, or with a dab of tartar sauce on top.

Seafood Breader
Ingredients
1 pound crabmeat, drained and picked clean of shell
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp scallions, minced
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp celery, minced
1/2 tsp dried dill
10 small dinner rolls, split in half
2 roma tomatoes, sliced into rounds
Directions: 

Combine House-Autry Seafood Breader, crab, egg, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, parsley and celery until thoroughly blended. Shape into approximately 10 small cakes, then coat with additional House-Autry Seafood Breader. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat in 1/8-inch hot oil for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Drain and place on a bun with lettuce and a slice of tomato.
