Pork Breader
Ingredients
2 pounds cubed steak
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups milk
Oil for frying
2 pounds red potatoes - quartered
1/2 cup House-Autry Pork Breader
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:

Steak and Gravy: Remove 3 tbsp House-Autry Pork Breader; set aside. Mix egg and water together in a bowl; set aside. Cut steak into pieces; dredge in House-Autry Pork Breader. Dip steak into egg/water wash, and then back into House-Autry Pork Breader again. Heat 1/8-inch oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Fry steak until golden brown. Remove from skillet, drain and keep warm. Pour off all but 2 tbsp of oil. Stir in the reserved breader. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens. Pour over steaks.

Potatoes: Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss potatoes in olive oil until well greased. Sprinkle 1/2 cup House-Autry Pork Breader over potatoes and toss until well coated. Place potatoes on lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning halfway through cooking.
