Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Distribute the cooked sausage evenly in bottom of dish. In a large mixing cup, mix House-Autry Onion Hushpuppy Mix, 1 cup milk, sour cream and ¼ tsp dry mustard.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cheese, 2 cups milk, salt, 1 tsp dry mustard and pepper; stir well. Pour egg mixture on top of sausage. Pour hushpuppy mixture evenly over casserole. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
