Directions:
Pour 3/4 cup House-Autry Onion Ring Coating into a medium-bowl. Add the beer and whisk until thoroughly combined and lump-free. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes. Dip bratwurst into the batter, shake off excess and coat with remaining 1/4 cup of dry mix. Fry in batches in hot (350°F) oil until golden brown, about 2 or 3 minutes, turning to ensure even cooking on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.
