Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place House-Autry Yellow Self-Rising Corn Meal Mix into mixing bowl, making a well in center. Add egg, oil and milk, stirring until just moistened. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
