Greek Southern Fried Fish Pitas

1 cup Seafood Breader
2 pounds Tilapia Filets
1 tsp Lamb seasoning (or Greek seasoning mix) (I use Penzy's)
2 eggs, beaten mixed with 1/2 cup water (egg wash)
3 cups peanut or vegetable oil (to fry)
2 cups chopped tomatoes
2 cups chopped red/yellow and green peppers
1 cup chopped sweet onion
2 tsp capers
1 minced garlic clove
4 tsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp balsmic vinegar
3 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 cups shredded romaine and arugula
6 Flat breads or pitas

In a pan add seasoning mix to breader. Take cleaned fish filets dip in egg wash and then coat with House-Autry Seafood Breader. Fry fish filets in oil until cooked, about 3-5 min on each side. Set aside. Mix all the veggies, herbs and cheese together. In a heated pita put fish, top with 2 tablespoons of veggis/cheese mix, add lettuce.
