House-Autry Mills has been "The choice of southern cooks since 1812."

Our success as a company has been based on the idea, "make it easy, make it good, and keep them coming back for more." For almost 188 years, House-Autry Mills was located in Newton Grove, NC however we relocated our total operation to our brand new facility in Four Oaks, NC in January 2001.

In 1812 the House family relocated from England to Newton Grove, North Carolina where the original mill was built. The original millstones were also brought from England by boat across the Atlantic Ocean to Wilmington, NC and then transported up the Cape Fear River by boat. They were then transported overland by oxcart and mule team to the original mill site. Over the years House's Mill continued to expand eventually merging in 1967 with the Autry Brothers Mill Co. to form what is today known as House-Autry Mills.

Corn meal was our number one product line for many years, but later we expanded our business to include a product line of quality breaders and mixes.

Our Retail product line is available at your neighborhood grocery store in 23 states throughout the Southeast, Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions. We offer our product line in several sizes and varieties in the most modern packaging in the industry today to accommodate your specific needs

Our Foodservice products are available at many of the largest foodservice distributors in 25 states as well, which are serving your favorite chain groups as well as your local independent restaurants.
